For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Undergarments, swimwear, and socks (unless unopened and unused)
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
